If I were a baby again

This post has been published by me as a part of the Blog-a-Ton 4; the fourth edition of the online marathon of Bloggers; where we decide and we write. To be part of the next edition, visit and start following Blog-a-Ton.

Disclaimer:
Of course, the semi-half-controversial way the topic has been addressed here might not be to everyone's taste. So if you feel offended...... go take a running jump. What I am trying to say so inarticulately is that sit down, relax, ..., unbuckle your pant and make out with the person sitting next to you. In other words, don't get your knickers in a twist: this is just a blog after all! Please note that I am going through my "punk" phase right now and this blog post is a direct consequence of my disaffection... like Berlin in 1939...

If you are expecting coo-ing, gurgling and other random baby-manufactured-noises, you are SO mistaken! As mistaken as a chicken stepping into KFC to buy a lingerie!

Here's how it is: I DON'T want to be a baby again if it means that I would need to sleep around in my own pee. I DON'T want to be a baby again if it means that people are going to make weird sounds at me in high-pitched tones as if I were an R-tard! I am not an R-tard! Yes, I said R-tard -- grow up, it ain't taboo to say R-tard anymore. I DON'T want to be a baby again and be toothless. I DON'T want to be a baby again because all vogons are bastards and must die (don't ask me why as I would start a long convoluted explanation that would, in all probability, rupture your spleen).

If memory serves me right, I don't remember what it was like when I was a baby!!! So my memory doesn't serve me right as far as that aspect of my life is concerned.

Most of us don't remember what it was like being a baby. And if your brain thinks that this portion of your life needs to be erased or blocked out, I am sure there is a pretty good reason for it. Think about it, I am sure we can put 2 and 2 together.

So to do justice to the topic, "If I were a baby again", I would say that if I were a baby again as a result of some unfortunate incident involving eddies in the time continuum, I would start drinking lattes. BOOYAH!

So you didnt like the topic nor the imagination? Well whatever it might be you did write about it buddy,

@Daisy Blue

No, I don't have any feelings, positive or negative, about the topic. I happen to experiment with all forms of expression when I write. Sometimes I am as cute as a rainbow while at other times I am downright evil!

Ha ha ha... ROFL.... I admire your upfrontness.... :-)

"And if your brain thinks that this portion of your life needs to be erased or blocked out, I am sure there is a pretty good reason for it." - And actually, you might just be right.

Aneet,
Everyone is entitled to their perspectives. I did not think there was much in the post to get offended. The disclaimer set too high of an expectation for me I guess.

A punk is un-apologetic. You offer far too many caveats to be called a punk. You say 'I said R-tard -- grow up, it ain't taboo..' but you do not spell out the word yourself...

I'm sure most people can understand good writing irrespective of the genre. So let your writing do the talking :-)

This is just a blog you say. To many it isn't.

I personally don't think any blogs should be taken seriously. If someone really wants to express themselves to make a difference, in *my* opinion, you should use mainstream media, Not blogs.

Despite the seemingly cloying nature of your comment, I find that you might have taken offense to my suggestion of "this being just a blog"

As for the R-Tard comment: Do you watch "South Park". Please do.

My use of disclaimers and other *stuff* is because I like to go off on a tangent to most topics that I consider would offend prudes.

To me a punk has more to do with the music culture than the parent culture of "Goths".

U ARE BRAVE.

Aneet said...

@RSV

What ever gave you that impression. Bravery has nothing to do with writing a blog post!

Asinine... perhaps.

Brave... I don't think so.

Wish I could have taken up this controversial part! I like it... Nature loves symmetry, so good and bad are equally present!
So when we like being a baby for all the pranks, innocence, unbound love, You hate it for some reasons!
Asinine?? U?!?! No way Aneet!
All the best :)

Why would you say I have a problem with the topic? I don't have a problem with the topic. I just write the way I write.

An antithesis to the bloggers which has made you a nemesis to some. well well well! you do have created a controversy of sorts with your oblique ideas, which I found quite enjoyable, the content I mean. You have a literary bent of mind though maybe I am tempted to add criminal to 'literary', but you do write well, literature wise. OMG- LR has a madhouse at his disposal with fellows like you me and he( Ambi I mean)
